Q: Can you offer samples for testing?

A: Sure, samples would be available for testing purpose. Usually our samples is free in testing quantity (up to 1kg). If you need more, please contact our sales or send email to us.
Q: How long will it take for delivery?

A: Usually it will be around 15 days after the order confirmation or deposit.
Q: What kind of package can you offer?

A: Most of our products are packed in 25kg compound bag. Some low density products like silica would be packed in 10kg or 15kg bags.
Q: What’s your MOQ?

A: 25kg (a bag).
