Application
● Rubber Products
WL-180 is used in colored rubber products as a reinforcing agent, replacing carbon black to meet the needs of white or translucent rubber formulations. It has exceptional adhesion, tear resistance, and heat-aging resistance, making it ideal for off-road tires, engineering tires, and radial tires.
● Agricultural Chemicals
As a carrier or diluent in pesticides, fertilizers, and agricultural chemicals, WL-180 provides high adsorption, excellent suspension properties, and long-lasting effectiveness. It remains stable even in rain, washing, and high-temperature conditions.
● Daily Chemicals & Personal Care
Used as a filler and abrasive agent in transparent, colored, and opaque toothpaste, offering smooth texture, good dispersion, and improved polishing performance.
Ensures the stability of medicated toothpaste and works well with nitrides, preventing the formation of insoluble salts caused by calcium abrasives.
● Adhesives & Sealants
In natural and synthetic rubber-based adhesives, WL-180 provides thixotropy and reinforcement, improving adhesion strength while maintaining cost efficiency.
● Anti-Caking Agent
Used in fertilizers, fungicides, grinding abrasives, bleach powders, and plastic formulations, WL-180 enhances free-flowing properties and prevents clumping.
● Paper Industry
As a filler for papermaking, WL-180 improves ink penetration resistance, mechanical strength, and whiteness, enabling lighter paper production, reduced costs, and better paper performance.
● Other Industries
WL-180 is also widely used in fire retardants, feed additives, cosmetics, matting agents, pigments, coatings, and paints.
