Zinc Oxide (indirect method) 99.7%

Zinc oxide (ZnO) is a high-quality white powder with numerous industrial applications. It is widely used as a white pigment in industries such as dyeing, paper production, and the manufacture of matches and pharmaceuticals. In the rubber industry, it serves as a vulcanizing agent, reinforcing agent, and colorant for both natural and synthetic rubbers, as well as latex. It also plays a significant role in the production of various zinc compounds like zinc chromate, zinc acetate, zinc carbonate, and zinc chloride. Additionally, zinc oxide is used in the manufacture of electronic laser materials, phosphors, animal feed additives, catalysts, and magnetic materials.

Zinc oxide is produced by the indirect method, where zinc ingots are heated to 1000°C, vaporized, and introduced into hot air to oxidize, producing zinc oxide. After cooling, the zinc oxide particles are separated by cyclone and captured by fabric bags to yield the finished product.
